• Fire doors (where required)

• Gas and electrical safety certificates

• Health & safety file

• Legionella risk assessment

• Secure entry systems

• Window restrictors where needed

  We can additionally implement any requirements tied to specific support needs.

Do you furnish the properties?

Yes, where required.
We can supply:

• Bedroom furniture

• Communal furniture

• White goods

• Specialist equipment (if needed by the care provider or local authority)
